Nutrisystem reboot today, I have two months stocked of the stuff, so I better start eating it. Went to Dag for yogurt, salad, dressing and more Crystal Light. Stomach is definitely wondering WTF is going on. We've gotten through this before little buddy, we'll do it again.
Last of the junk food was purged out of the house yesterday.
Looking forward to Sunday afternoon dinner at the Spanish food deli, that's my carrot for doing well all week.
